Mr Ajwang’ is a multi-skilled Public Health Expert with over 10 years’ experience in rights-based programming for marginalized communities, children and young people. He has proven skills in gender sensitive Project Cycle Management & participatory M&E. Having been seconded to turn around underperforming programmes, Danor is an accomplished leader known for successful coaching while providing constructive feedback to teams & stakeholders. He is passionate about young people’s health & a leader in advocating for policies that are responsive to health & wellbeing, including on Non- Communicable Diseases (NCDs), Sexual Reproductive Health & rights (SRHR) & Gender Equality.
Danor has over many years’ experience supporting new & existing projects & teams across Eastern Africa & South-East Asia, while liaising with Head Offices in Europe. His celebrated experience in business development has enabled him to work with teams in generating high-quality proposals for foundations, corporate & institutional donors.
